Effective January 1, 2022, Hürner Luft- und Umwelttechnik GmbH ("HLU") has successfully completed the acquisition of Atea Anlagentechnik GmbH ("ATEA").From May 1, 2024, HLU-atea has been fully integrated into the HLU Group

Through this acquisition, HLU has further enhanced its process technology capabilities in the fields of air. By integrating ATEA's process technologies, HLU can now provide customers with comprehensive exhaust gas treatment system services, including process design, equipment manufacturing, installation and commissioning, as well as operation, maintenance and servicing.
