1.Education: Bachelor degree or above. Major in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning), Electrical Automation or related field is preferred.

2.Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience. Experience in industrial equipment (fans, pumps, compressors, etc.) is preferred. Strong client development skills and a proven sales track record are advantageous.

3.Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong client relationships. Analytical ability to assess customer needs. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Soft Skills: Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit, and ability to work under pressure. Willingness to travel for client visits and project support nationwide.
