Semiconductor Group Wuxi 12-inch Standard Fab
The project is an enterprise group focused on integrated circuit manufacturing, possessing advanced process technologies for both 8-inch and 12-inch production lines. Since 2019, HLU HF series fans have been operating stably in the acid-base and particulate exhaust systems at the Wuxi base.
Supply Scope of Fan:
Motor shaft direct drive
FRP housing, spliced formation, including explosion-proof mesh
Carbon fiber reinforced FRP impeller, high strength, light weight, meets operational requirements
Static pressure of acid powder exhaust system up to 7000 Pa, impeller material selected as high-strength steel coating
The whole dynamic balance meets G2.5 per DIN ISO 21940-11
